Home Choice online orders sucks.....

My Wife placed an order online, waited for three weeks and after three weeks of waiting, she was on told that her online order wasn't captured even though there was a email confirmation that confirms that her order has been processed. Now she's been told to place another order again and wait for two more weeks. This is totally unacceptable, i need Home choice website developers to manually push the order and mark it as urgent.
