HOME CHOICE - NO IDEA OF WHAT QUALITY IS

After my post of yesterday I was contacted by Home Choice and although the lady were very friendly and tried to assist, the only solution they can offer me for their sub-standard, poor quality products are the following:

"Return the items to us whereafter we will send if for an assessment and report back to you"

I have taken photos of the quality of the products supp**** to me and I will post it so that everybody can see the what the quality of their products are.
