Home Choice no heat, very dissapointing

I got a mini stove at home choice then:<br> <br> 1. May 2014 i sent this email, with no success i still have not been helped PFS***2: I let it go because the stove was working then <br> 2. then the stove stopped working late last year, I have been trying to get assistance with no success, I called ***the lady that answered was so rude saying that she does not know where Polokwane is I mean dont you train your staff or I have to drive all the way to Tzaneen to get assistance, this is unacceptable.<br> When I called back 081 466 324 am told the system is offline I cant be helped am still waiting to be called back.<br> Could you please take back this stove if you cant fix it<br> <br> Regards<br> Sassie<br> ***
