Home Choice - just pathetic
We've had a nightmare with HomeChoice. We had a ********** account opened in our name. The shear arrogant harassment from their collections dept has been pathetic. They can never pass you onto anyone with any power. You can't find any other number than the one they call from. They have 2 addresses for me, my own one in Pinehurst and another delivery address in Jeepestown JHB where apparently i have a sister, which i don't actually have, called Grace. Its a huge joke. We've now been told that we're bing handed over to a dept collector. So off i now trot to the police station in my time , my cost to avoid being given a black listing. HomeChoice are pathetic, there account opening check and check are pathetic obviously. I'm really looking forward to taking them on.

Why does it take a HelloPeter complaint to get this going
I asked months ago to speak to management, i hit a brick wall of arrogance every time.
