Home choice is sick
I just got a email with a statement of my old home choice account, I hv it’s a R4000 bill of things I hv no idea of I asked them to contact me a few days ago to update my contact number they refused and couldn’t ****** help me today I get this statement I called them and a girl called Andiswa tells me to get an affidavit to proof I don’t hv the staff what the **** is this I want this removed from my damn name now I didn’t order anything why was I never called or where the **** were these things delivered to I want my name cleared today

10 May 2019, 11:45Lee Anne I honestly want this sorted by end of business where and how did u give someone credit on an account that isn’t theirs now the owner of the account needs to run around and proof her innocence I want this sorted and removed from my life I worked hard to pay you guys off and I honestly wanted this account closed even if I hoped to buy anything from you I doubt I will this is sad

Reply 1 when you ready to speak to an agent and we will call you back for free.) what is this the last person to call now after ur reply even said yooh when I answered I mean how home choice has been standing for so long startles me with such useless call center agents that take no pride in what they do as if they were picked up on the street to represent such a big company....bottom line is I want this sorted today please I want a letter telling me it’s sorted that’s all I don’t want a stupid call center agent to call me
