Home choice is saying I owe them for goods I never received

Have a very serious problem with home choice . have ordered comfort covers that thy sent to me and received . The very same month I received smss saying i have another parcel to collect i didnt go coz I didn't order anything . thy when thy sent my statement I was surprised to see that I owe home choice 3500 .

The comfort covers wer 1400 . s I called and inquire why do thy say I owe then 3500 they told me I have received also two blankets. I told them I never received them. I made an affidavit stating that I didn't receive them thy never rectified thy mistake . and every month thy add interest
