Home choice is ***

In 2015 i was hijacked i lost all my personal documents as they were in the car, when i try to buy a new car i found out that a homechoice account was opened under my name i called home choice in 2016 wen i found out about this they ask me to email them my case number and affirdavit explaining whats happened , i did sent everything they requested and still they blacklisted me . Since 2016 iam told to send the very same documents but iam not assisted on august 23 2021 they said they have escaleted the case witj their ***** department i should wait 30 working days , after that they vanished i complained again and now they said i must wait 90 days after waiting for 6 years for them to help me
