Home choice is defaming my name

I just received a call from Blake and Associates (debt collectors) demanding an amount over R3000 that I owe home choice. I do not have an account with Home Choice and I have never had one. I allegedly opened this account over 3 months ago, my physical address they have on the system is wrong, the email address that they have is wrong!! It appears someone de*****ed home choice using my name. What surprised me is that the agent from Blake and Associates asked me to send her an Affidavit stating I did not open this account via whatapp, via whatapp?!!!! What the hell is going going on here?!! Why did home choice hand over my alleged account without calling me 1st? They had my correct telephone no.!! I demand to be distanced from this whole nonsense!
