Home choice is a ******* and ********** company dont buy from them

I have purchased home content online. Only to realize that it doesn't look anything that is on the picture. Home choice has a 14 day return policy. I arranged with them to come at fetch the items which I don't want. They arranged with their drivers and I have indicated that they must make prior arrangements before coming to my house because I dont work from home.

The courier guy didn't call me to info me they they were coming to my house. They forced their way in to the property ( trespassing). Went on to force my tenants to open the door and give him the items which is a crime. I told him that I will be there in an hour and he has indicated that he doesn't have my time (rude) and he left. Which wasn't how they delivered the items.

Now I had these items in my house which home CHOICE wasn't me to pay for which I dont want. They increased my repayment. I reversed the debit order because that is not part of our agreement.

Their consultants called me she was super rude and hang up the phone.

Now they are harassing me. But I will not pay for things which I cannot use. I don't mind paying for other items which I have already used but for those ugly staff never. I am not a charity cas.

To anyone who wants to buy from home CHOICE stay away. They will try to rob you and tarnish your name.
