HOME CHOICE IS A ****!

Home Choice claims I have an account with them. I disputed the matter and submitted the necessary documentation, even disputing their delivery address that is unknown to me. Instead of investigating the matter, they have handed me to debt collectors. But, they did not respond to Experian when I had asked them to look into the matter for me. How do you hand over an account that is being disputed? I have received no feedback from Home Choice since they last confirmed receipt of my documents, but my account is handed over and I get multiple calls a day from these debt collectors. These are underhanded business tactics!!!!
