HOME CHOICE FUNERAL INSURANCE ARE BIG *****ES

i want to complain with the disgrace poor service i got from Home choice funeral insurance. I join the funeral policy for my mother inlaw from Home choice funeral insurance and she passed way when i put in my claim to home choice funeral insurance and called them to make sure that they receive my claim they agreed that they got it then i waited for them payment and a four days payment was not done i called them again they told me that they are still busy with my claim after a two weeks i receive R5000 deposited by them to my account i was shocked and i called them as i was claiming R20 000, and i was very disappointed when i called them questioning about this it was when they said there were outstanding premium that they penalized my claim with 75%, which make R15000. I feel that this Company ****** me and unfairly created me i need help for these people to pay my claim as i had to do Loan to bury my mom. so now these people must pay my money and stop taking chance to their Customers.
