Home Choice ********** Acts 101

A courier guy was sent today to my parents house, where I no longer reside at obviously. The funny thing is that the package was addressed to me but I have never opened an account with Home Choice. I tried calling Home Choice, but all numbers I tried give me the option for Self-Help or for an agent to call back(No one available yet operating hours are till 7pm during the week). Also, it seems I am in arrears for 6k+, how? who placed an order using my credentials and how did Home Choice authorise it, let alone deliver the package. The Other packages that were delivered, who were they received by? I need answers because this a ***** case, and I need all necessary information from Home Choice in order for me to go open a case with the police.
