Home Choice ********** account opened

An account was opened in my name and now i keep being hounded by MBD and NRB risk. i sent all the docs required to Janice at NRB risk and it still have not been resolved as now MDB is sending messages on a daily basis. janice told me she can see it was not delivered to me as I DO NOT LIVE IN JHB. if this affects my credit record after not owing anyone anything then i will take this further. please remove me from the homechoice website, check the emails at nrb risk and remove this debt from my name.
