Someone opened a ********** account on my name late 2017 from home choice,I called and submitted documents to prove I have no knowledge of the account. Then after almost a year attending the issue they wrote off the debt, but to my suprise the account still appeares on my credit report and its affecting my credit profile. Every time I call there's no respond
