Home Choice - false advertising/pathetic product's

I bought a restonic matteress from Home Choice less than 6 months ago. The mattress is looking like a used one, the springs have been warped and contorted which is unbearable to sleep on. It seems that Home Choice sold a used mattress to me the shape it is in, less than 6 months old. I have contacted Home Choice on numerous occasions to sort this matter out and to-date they have not made the effort of coming to collect and exchange it. Their services are pathetic and each time I contact them they continue to make empty promises.
