Home choice delay for return and ****roaches

I ordered duvets from home choice, because of unseen circumstances I had to return them due to not going to be able to pay. So I logged a call and got assisted. It's been 2to3 weeks now they haven't fetched it on top of that the box came with ****roaches thats the main thing that got me angry. The more I have their box with me the further I have ****roaches. Home choice should make a plan we can't afford to have ****roaches guys
