Home Choice Complaint on returned Goods

Terrible assistance. I do not recommend home choice to any, I placed an order telephonically, when it arrived it was not what I wanted. I then send the order back via the Lusikisiki Post Office. To my sorrows the broke in and the item got damaged. Home choice then said the post office is liable to pay them the fee of the item. The post office agreed to pay nine choice however till this day no payment has been made and I now have a negative listing on my bureau profile. Hone choice cannot remove the status as they want payment from the post office first. The post office keeps promising to pay however they never get to it!
