Home Choice Cash order ,horrible horrible customer service

On the 30 March I placed a order with home choice , I paid cash and following morning I received a call that o need to collect my parcel at Nyanga police Station Capetown, mind you I have staying in johannesburg for 5 years now.When I called I was told that my address on the system was Capetown address.I was transferred from pillar to post trying to resolve this issue.I told them I have never ever bought anything from this shop this was my first time.I was told to send proof of address or affidavit.I told them no I want my refund, when I called on the 14 April 2023 an agent told me that my refund was not processed yet .She processed or put an inquiry to process the refund.Today I received an sms saying my refund was declined, my own hard earned money was declined.I regret buying from this company. Let's not forget ti mention rude customer agent Transferred from one department to another.Agents calling to ask what you want to buy that time I am waiting for my money.
