Home choice bad service

Good day to whom it may concern..

I bought a restonic bed from home choice in november 2019 so on arrival of the bed it was stained and the base was making a noise on that stage i didn't had any bed to sleep on so i kept the bed as i was waiting a long period for the bed to come and told the delivery guy i will take it up with home choice and restonic as it seems the bed got wet inside the ware house and damaged so the problem is bed is stained, got water damage and stitching came lose, base is making a noise due to the water damage inside the ware house..

I want this matter resolved asap as this is unexpected i almost paid R8000 for the bed and it is not money i pick up from the streets

Please see the belowe pictures and also understand that i want a new bed this ia first complaint i have against home choice as im n big client and if they need to replace bed i need the new one before they take the old one im not going to sleep on the floor

Any advice on this please

From november last year up until now it's empty promises

In january i went under debt review because i lost my job now home choice refuse to assist me because of that.

On the replacement of the bed i told them to send me a new one upon collection of the old as i can not sleep on the floor and its the only bed i have.

After several phone calls and emails yet no successful news of comebacks from them just empty promises.
