Home choice bad customer service and bad quality goods.

My name is Sade. I just want to say that im very dissapointed with the quality of sevice and goods that i received from homechoice. Last year September I bought a Restonic bed from them and when i took off the plastic i saw that the stitching on the bed was loose. I sent them a email and they said they would investigate. Next month its a year and i am still waiting for the outcome of the investigation. The matress is also very bad i dont even have children or im not even at home much but there is dents in the matress but every month i pay them. They get their money on time every month. I really feel like i dont want to pay them anymore. I want somebody to contact me with regards to this cause i dont think its fair. This is the last time i bought something there. I sent emails almost everyday but no one comes back to me. Im really sick and tired now. This even happened long before lockdown now they wanna blame lockdown.
