Home choice bad customer service

I ordered things online July 2 bathset that came with 2medical kit for free upon receiving the order the 2medical kit they were not there I called , set emails complainting about incomplete order no one is assisting me they funny part their attitude towards me when I complain it's not acceptable they are telling me to return the goods at my expense and cancel the order and I told to resend the 2medical kit at their cost coz it's not like I don't want the bathing tubs I do and they told me the medical kit set its out of stock since July but when. I check online it's there for ordering the other day the gentlemen told me the they will give R250 discount but I don't want discount I want my 2 medical kit as it was when I order and I told them will stop payment until my order is complete because they don't take me seriously as their customer and the staff is very rude hurrasing me telling me to return the order . Please interven I need my 2 medical kit it's bin 4 months now they can easily send a driver to deliver coz I want them
