Around November the 20th 2023 i went to Home choice Maponya mall soweto to pay off my account and the associate told me the account was handed over to Norman Bissett and was no longer in their in that way she cant recieve the payment, i called the number she provided to Norman Bissett and made an arrangement to settle the account, i had them debit the whole amount which is R1 013. The person that assisted said i will get a settlement letter in 7 days, i never did, tried calling again the gentle said it usually takes 30, still nothing, But fro. Last week ive been getting calls from Home choice saying i owe them and that the amount was never settled. I want to understand why did they refuse to take my money to futher give me such excuses. I am very unhappy with the entire homechoice proceedure, now my credit report is being tarnished because of all of this, after so many months of being paid up.
