Home Choice Account Settlement dispute

This year March I requested my credit report from the TransUnion, which showed default on my Homechoice account handed over to NRB Risk. I contacted NRB Risk Immediately and request a statement for settlement of the amount owed. Immediately after receiving the statement from NRB Risk, I settled the account immediately on the 23rd March 2017 and forwarded Proof of payment to NRB Risk. I then requested settlement letter from NRB of which they provided me with immediately after confirming settlement payment received. As far as I know, I have settled this account 5 months ago. I don't understand why Homechoice will hand me over again this year June 2017 with another debt collector MBD. I have also told MBD that I have settled the account and emailed them settlement letter and proof of payment as per their request and copied both homechoice and NRB risk but I am still receiving calls, sms and emails of demand /threats/Summons from MBD with regards to this account. However, NRB Risk responded immediately after my complaint of this matter by saying: The account has been withdrawn from NRB after it was settled. That means it has been returned to Homechoice for finalization. I would advise that you send the proof of payment to whoever that may call you in regards to the account as we as NRB have done our part. Homechoice should have updated everything by now. I have never received any feedback from Homechoice even after many attempts.

NB: this is unacceptable as I have settled the account with Homechoice 5 months ago Thurs, Mar 23, 2017
I don't appreciate CALLS/SMS from debt collectors for something that I have already settled. Homechoice should refrain from handing me over with immediate effect as this account was resolved 5 months ago already

I will appreciate if you may take this matter as a matter of urgency by removing my name from any listing regarding this account and also stop MBD from contacting me regarding this account.
