Home Choice account closure and cancelation

I've settled the account, still waiting for the proof of settlement. I've requested that the account be closed, no 1 is taking any action or contacting me to process the request. You are still offering me things to buy.

Close the account and remove it from my ITC, it's affecting my score as it keeps on abundance more credit without my knowledge.
