Home Choice Account ***

Hi

We've ordered sheets from Home Choice, received an sms saying we shud wait 4/6 weeks then 3 days later in March we received an sms saying order was dispatched. To date they are not delivered but charged on the account (invoice ********** 3). Interest is also charged at the end of March on the same account. We've contacted home choice in April and the consultant said she's made a note on the account and homechoice will investigate. To date they have also not responded. Can someone please tell us who signed for the sheets sland where were they delivered since we are being charged for them.
