I bought a kettle at home choice beggining of april 2024 and was told it has to be ordered then it will be delivered at a later period= Big red flag Collected my order at clicks and i received an iron instead of a kettle. I return the order same week of collection and its end of May 2024 and i still havent received my refund. I dont understand how this company works you firstly dont have stock for clients in your shops, secondly it takes HC 15 days to package the wrong product then it takes a month for the said product to return back to their "warehouse". When you ask for your refund call centre wants you to go follow up with the store then store tells you that ypu be called. This company is a joke returns policy on internet says 10 working days its a BIGG LIE . They make a big gemoers and you have to fight for your refund like you bought from a ****a shop
