Home Choice a ****!!

I am very unhappy with Home Choice, we ordered bedding a few months ago, from one of their sales agents who **** about how much the instalment is going to be, of which we then made a decision to cancel the order, a courier company came and collected all the bedding, but since then they have been harassing us saying we owe them money, I am very shocked by this because everything was returned back. I contacted them via email as their number is never answered and spoke to someone named Siphelele Mlungwana who was also not so helpful as she only told me that they did not receive the whole package through the courier, I have since confirmed with her that we sent back everything but she has not come back to me since. This whole thing is frustrating because it is tarnishing my mother’s credit record for something that she doesn’t even have..actually Home Choice is trash they are running a ****!!!!…
