Home Choice

I do believe that Home Choice have absolutely customer service.. I pay my account one day and next day receive about 3 calls to find out what day my next payment will be... each time they ask me how would I like to receive my statement.....todate... nothing... I have in the last 3 days sent emails and call me back. Twice my phone rang from Home Choice and twice phone put down without any exchange... I will not be paying anything further until I receive a detailed statement... I rate the as one of the worst customer service I have dealt with.
