Home choice

I am an account holder at home choice.In February I was about to go on debt review but my financial status became better and I immediately withdrew my application. Home choice has been handing over my account to their debt collector whom call me everyday whereas they debit they're money from my account on the 20th of every month. This has resulted in lowering my credit score. I tried reaching out to home choice without any luck till this date. I'm honestly not a happy customer.
