Homchoice, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED pay my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Homechoice allowed somebody to open a ********** account in my name, and instruct my bank to debit my account. I managed to stop debit orders but Homechoice has never paid my money back and I still have me listed as a customer with an account. They also have refused to give me any of the information regarding this case so that i can go to the police open my own case. When calling them you cant get through to relevant people to speak to, they keep telling me that the ***** department will call me, its now 3 months since all of this transpired.
