Homchoice is Messing with my credit report my Dept never goes down it always goes up and I'm overdue now...***** ***** *****

I have an account with homechoice i only took two things from them that was R1094.21 including account opening fee, delivery fee,and facility account fee....monthly fee is R87,01 I paid them every month and forgot to make a payment from two month but the third month I paid more than the monthly fee and paid ever since....they would call me everyday more than once and my wife would always tell them that the payment is made but they would always call.yesterday and today they called but payment was made on the 25.04.2019.i make payments at spar and once at pep home....I don't understand my Dept never decreases at homechoice it always show that I owe them more than what I took on credit.....why are you doing this....and now you are making my credit report look very bad I can't even get a loan because of you....it shows that I owe you R1500 and some more....and I'm in arrears with R500 and some more...this is daylights ******* it's ***** how does it come to this....it's as if I never ever paid you and you also show on my credit report that I pay less than what I must pay you stop this please and correct what you are doing wrong....please just go and clear the bad record that you giving me....I will really take you to court I do have all my prove....it showed on my account that I have credit left in the beginning of the month I wanted to see if my account is still stuck on one place I wanted a statement....and I also saw on my credit report that I still owe you R900 and some more in last month and I'm up to date so what happens in a few weeks but I made a payment this month....
