Hisense Smart TV bought from homechoice

Few months after buying my hisense Tv it wasnt working and i returned it to the store They took the TV For an as*****t was told they cant fix the issue As the issue is out of warrenty plan

I accepted and requested they send it back, which they did, when Tv returned the Screen is cracked and the frame is no longer attached to the Screen As it shoes they roughly opend the Tv doing the assessment

I am soo dissapointed and hurt As i trusted homechoice and hisense with my Tv and even paid it in FULL

I am highly dissapointed out of words
