HIsense HS212F Homechoice

The service I got from Homechoice is not on I bought a speaker box with sub hoofer and the sub hoover is not connecting as it's supposed to connect wirelessly,

Called them to send a technician as I am thinking it's a small thing and I am advised that since I threw away the packaging they won't be able to assist as the ITEM is less than 14 days and they need to return same to the manufacturer and they also advised that since it's a small item they don't send technician which don't make sense they are not even giving me an alternative as to what I need to do to get the item fixed or even giving me details for the manufacture maybe they would assist
