Highly disappointed

I ordered bedding (cash) of R199 , courier fees came out to R20.60 and I got a R100 voucher. So the total came out to R116.91. I paid it and sent POP to ********** with the email and POP. I haven't received any feedback. Two weeks ago Called and I was told to pay another R52 but I said i got the voucher she said ok the voucher will be loaded and my order dispatched. Last week same story.

I want my bedding or a refund please
