hidden fee

im having a serious problem with homechoice, everytime when i place an order i experience challenges, now i have received my order last month, according to the monthly installment according to the consultant that helped me to place an order she said my monthly installment is around R218 not more that R220 i cant remember the exact figure but i still have the receipt also the that statement shows the same amount so before i paid the first installment i received the message that says i should pay R238,88 and the balance was R2797.09 so yesterday i received a message saying i must make payment of the amount of R238.88 before the 03/09/2020 and the balance is R2831.09, so my question is why the account balance keep increasing an the monthly installment is not the one i agreed with the consultant, and if i new that the price with keep on increasing i would not border myself by placing an order, i even asked the consultant about hidden charges she confirm that there is no hidden charges, the reason i asked her about hidden charges is because i know that homechoice have lots of stories, i wont pay more than what is on my receipt, please assist.
