Hidden Costs

<p>HomeChoice is not transparent with their costs. We purchase a curtain set and on our statement they have added Initianfee, Deliver and a finance fee and tells us on the statement that our monthly installment is R60.16. When the debit deduction started they have added another R20 we have no idea what this is for. When we enquired about this they stated that this is a admin fee, so what is all the other charges for and surely they should include this in the statement as this is false. How can they say that your monthly instalment is one thing and then they deduct a complete different charge than what appears on the statement. Isn't this agains the consumer act??</p>
