Homechoice sent 2 people to assess the dislocated bunk bed for my kids. The guys did not fix anything but said they will come back. The bed is still not fixed. I am so sad and disappointed and scared for my children's safety. I regret buying the bunk bed. I am escalating this matter to the consumer ombudsman. I want my money back or an new bunk bed.
