Has Homechoice become a ****?

Homechoice has become a huge ****. They are quick to take your money but then their service becomes non existing. I paid just over R10 000 for bedding and about R1100 for shipping. The website says 5 - 10 days, their facebook page says 7 to 14 days and by email they say 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. They give out tracking numbers with no way of tracking (no reply from their tracking email). Their facebook page people just keep promising to phone me back, nothing. On top of that they say the order has been shipped but the website says my order hasn't even been processed yet (2 weeks after paying). WHO must I believe???
