Harrassment keep calling everyday 3 to 5 time a day everyday

I get a call every day 3 to 4 time for the last year I keep on saying they have the wrong number but they keep calling when I ask to speak to a manager they drop the call which is rude, maybe should report you guys as the POPIA act protect us against this type of harrassment
