HARRASSMENT!!!

I have two burning complaints against Homechoice.

1. I received an email that there were changes in my credit report, and when I check I am told my score has gone down because Homechoice increased my credit limit. I wish to state that I did not apply for this, neither did Homechoice confirm it with me. This is heartbreaking for me because after covid wave I have been working so hard to fix my credit record, only for them to go and do this without my persion. I have emailed them but to date no one has responded to me.

2. Homechoice harrasses me with calls on a daily basis, I probably receive 10 calls from their agents offering me specials. No matter how much I say I am not interested I will still receive other calls in the same day. I assume these agents do not make note on the system to say the customer is not interested. I am a professional who needs to work quietly, but I cannot do so with Homechoice calling me every hour. I have probably blocked over 20 numbers, yet they still call me with new ones. This is so frustrating and unprofessional to say the least. I would like to know where does POPIA kick in here, because I have never authorized to being called and offered specials by them, but they do it without fail EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am really at my wit ends with this, I cannot take it anymore.
