Harrasment by Rude Delivery personel

Harrasment by homechoice delivery Guy 15/01/2022. I ordered item from Homechoice online, a few days later I got a call, which they requested additional documents- I proceeded to send the requested documents, then I got an SMS that my order will be shipped. Today the 15th, I got a call in the morning from a guy confirming delivery, I told the person who called that i won't be around to accept the parcel, he told me to leave my identification with the person who will receive the order. When he came to deliver, upon realizing that my identification is a foreign passport ( which homechoice had requested and received before processing my order) He started inquiring about the validity of my passport, basically harassing my wife, saying these things aren't valid (meaning my documents) he proceeded to quiz my wife about her relationship with me, asking if we are married and stuff, he even demanded her ID and took a photo of it, he also requested to see the exact house stated on the delivery note, saying he needs to take a photo as proof of delivery.The delivery in Question is Parcel Number PFS***9. If I or my loved ones have to go through such treatments at the hands of your people, then I DO NOT WANT to do any business with you any further. I Humbly ask that Homechoice comes to collect all items delivered for order number ***8. and to discipline the staff member who conducted the delivery
