Harrasment

Good day

I would like to log a complaint regarding a call I received from one of your consultants , who contacted me round about 20:10 with a ********** . The gentleman was rather very rude and mentioned that he is from your Dept solutions department.

He said I needed to make arrangements on my account but to my surprise I received a statement that doesn't show any arreas and installment due date being on the 30-04-2018.

What worries me the most is he was forcing me to confirm my details , when I refused he than told me that whether I like it or not I will have to make arrangements with him and he would call me everyday till I make arrangements

Attached is the statement I received from home choice. Kindly advise as to why I received a call from a rather bullying consultant.

Why am I being harrassed by an agent as if I am a ******** .

This is rather unacceptable and disappointing .

I Regret the day I used homechoice services as little did I know I would be treated in this manner.
