harrasing phone calls

i would give a 5 star rating for good quality products but I will rate a 1 because of the annoying phone calls asked numerous time to remove name from data base as i will buy again when I ay my account in full. Then there is this annoying calls to remind me of my payments and Not once did i missed a payment . So why phoneing to remind me. If this continues i will close my account when paid up.
