HARASSMENT TO PAY FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS RETURNED.

Good day.

Thank you for collecting the wrongly delivered item from my home on 21/09/2020. Can you please see that you records are updated as i am still being harassed on a daily basis by some financial service collection center asking me when i will pay the outstanding amount. Every day i tell the same story, the item was collected and i do not have an outstanding balance with Homechoice. Then I get told that they will update my account and someone will be in touch. That never happens, just the same people a few hours later asking me when I am going to pay for an item that I do not even have any more.
