Harassment to open an account with them when you’ve never shopped there in your life!!!

I have never shopped at your store nor do I follow your store on any social media nor have I ever visited your website nor have I ever made a purchase from you nor have I ever signed up for any email marketing or communication from you, yet somehow you are phoning me to open an account with you? Please advise where you purchased my contact details from? As I am sure your company is well aware of the popi act and how what you are doing is *******:)
