Harassment over payment when you have made arrangement

I regret ever opening an account with Homechoice. I have been affected by Covid and have made arrangements to pay R200 every month,which i am doing. I am currently paying what i can afford. I am being harassed by Homechoice every day ,now i am even being harassed by debt collection lawyers. Why can they not see on there system that an arrange was made and you are sticking to your arrangement? Is it really necessary for them to phone you everyday for payment? If your account is paid up,they harass you to buy. People please do not fall into the Homechoice trap. They are a bunch of bullies and there service is pathetic
