Harassment from business

This company keep on calling me on my phone as well as on my husbands phone. After informing them that I am not interested, this is becoming harassment for me at this stage. they use different numbers and locations. And I also would like to know where did they got our numbers as we did not give any one or business permission to share our details. I asked them to remove us from their contact list, but no luck. If this does not stop we will be forced to get legal advice. Hope this will be resolved ASAP
