Harassment by Homechoice

I am now at the end of my tether with Homechoice. I've been receiving hundreds of calls over the past year from them to my mobile number, asking to speak to 'Timetso' - sometimes up to three times a day. I advise them every single time that they have the wrong number for the person and that I don't have an account with them, but they keep calling me incessantly. I have at great length spoken to their customer service twice and they've promised to remove my number from their system, but it doesn't seem to happen. I'm at the point where I consider legal action against them for harassment.
