Harassment by Homechoice

It has now been 3 months receiving 2 or 3 calls per day from Homechoice. I am not their customer, have never bought from them and certainly not looking to purchase anything from them, however they call me everyday looking for someone on my phone. I have requested they remove my cellphone number and I have tried to block their lines, but not winning. I need assistance on how to register a case of harassment or make a formal complaint. I need some advise because I am tired of the many calls even after indicating they must remove my number as I am not their client.
