Harassment at Homechoice

Good day I bought Orlando couch around September from Homechoice. The frame of the couch is of low quality (weak) and uncomfortable on the Edges

The couch sitting support is very poor because the cushion filling is of very poor quality

The couch goes in when sitted and the Edges lack comfort. Their service is very poor, I have tried to call them several times & went to Pretoria show room there was no solution. I want to return it & have nothing to do with them.
